My business strategy for the next 3 months


Bloody hell, it’s Q2.

I never used to think or care about quarters, but now that I’m a fully fledged Business Bro, I have to.

It’s in the manual you get given at Business Bro initiation.

Along with the requirements to go gym and make content.

But I'm excited about Q2, because we’ve just ticked off a big project in the business, and freed up a lot of time.

I started 2026 thinking I was going to go all in on content to grow my audience.

And that’s what I did...for about 2 weeks.

Something felt off. And I knew in my heart of hearts what it was.

My coaching programme was good, and getting results, but now that I’d been doing things for almost a year the core programme material needed a revamp.

It needed to be more action driven, less complicated, and nicer to consume.

It was the bigger bottleneck.

And as per my business philosophy, we solve bottlenecks 1 at a time.

No, he's not going to mention it again is he?

Not the fabled energy diagram?

Yep, he is. Always.

Death, taxes, and the energy diagram appearing in my content are 3 of life's guarantees.

And so I spent most of January, February and March re-working my programme.

Consolidating all the most important learnings into key actions, and deleting stuff that isn’t absolutely necessary.

One big thing I’ve learned about running a coaching business is that it’s so easy to add information thinking you’re adding value. But the real magic is in reducing the amount of actions a client needs to take to as few as possible, in order to get the result.

But it’s difficult.

It takes a lot of thinking and many many drawings on a whiteboard (one must always draw on a whiteboard when thinking about important things).

But now, it is all done.

And it feels. So. Much. Better.

A great programme isn’t just slapping together course material + community + calls. It’s a step by step list of actions that clients take that repeatedly delivers results.

That’s the constantly moving target to work towards.

But for now, this is no longer the bottleneck. And as we know, there are only 3 bottlenecks any business can have:

  1. Leads → you don’t have enough potential clients
  2. Conversion → you're not converting enough leads
  3. Delivery → your product is bad/inefficient to fulfill

And so delivery is now in a great place. And I don’t have a conversion rate issue.

So, what does that mean?

It’s time for growth mode🕺

I’m officially activating it.

And what’s the growth strategy?

Content. Content. Content. I’m gonna Gary Vee myself all over YouTube and LinkedIn.

Following the beautiful principle of trying to help as many people as possible for free.

And knowing a small % will want to pay for more help to progress faster.

So keep an eye out.
