Don't sleep on talking to your audience

It never ceases to amaze me how many YouTubers are shocked by the value of hopping on calls with their audience. Talking with them 1:1. Face to face. Mano a mano ⚔️ Just last week, one client I have was surprised about this. He's now making $12k/month from his YouTube business, while still working full time, which is amazing. But he does have 400,000 subscribers and gets over 500,000 views per month, which makes things a bit easier. But it's also for that reason he hasn't spent much time doing 1:1, because he can do more scalable stuff. And he can. But look at this other note he shared in his post: He's done audience research, he's done competitor analysis, but actually getting on calls with 1 person at a time slipped through the cracks. And when he did, he learned a tonne. He can then apply those learnings to making the product better, to the language used on the sales page, and in the emails to sell it. It's not just useful for learning how to deliver 1:1 coaching, but any product in the business. And you don't need to do it forever, but if you've never done any calls at all, then the upside is huge. There's a reason legendary start up guru Paul Grahame says "do things that don't scale". Being in the weeds as a founder and entrepreneur helps to really know the ins and the outs of your customers, your prospects, and your market. What problems do people really have? What are their biggest concerns and challenges? What do they actually need? So this is a short, simple reminder to You can either do free calls just for audience research, or you can create a 1:1 offer and work with people directly. Both are helpful, but in the second you make money which is nice. 1:1 is immensely powerful. Don't sleep on it. Tintin 🫡 P.s.
